At Naturaleza, each product is handcrafted in small batches with care and attention to quality. Due to the personal nature of our skincare products, all sales are final.

Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

We will review the issue and work toward a resolution as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if processing has not already begun.

Allergies & Skin Sensitivities

Please review all ingredients carefully before use. Naturaleza is not responsible for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities. We recommend performing a patch test prior to full use.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Naturaleza is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages caused by shipping carriers once an order has been shipped.
